Every time I've visited, the staff was very helpful. They want to help with any service you need. Jody, the receptionist, is very knowledgeable with all the services a person may need help with.
Dr. Booker and his staff ( I love Kallen and Alexis!! ) are all absolutely amazing! Each and every one of them cares about you and your concerns. Procedures are always explained in detail it is always made sure you are not in any discomfort or pain.
This is by far the best dentist office I have ever been too. My first visit I was a Little uneasy because I don't like going to the dentist. However during that visit Dr. R. Booker and his team made me feel safe and secure. I love the fact that by the second visit the office helped me to set long term goals.
My Dad and I received wonderful care from the professionals at Royal Lakes Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. He had not been to the dentist in about 8 years, and he was very apprehensive about going to have his teeth cleaned. The staff was gentle and loving and non-judgmental and they made his time there so enjoyable. Jodi discovered that my fathers insurance was better than he had originally thought. I am looking forward to going back to visit Alexis, the hygienist and Dr Reginald Booker because they take so much time to explain things where it makes you want to take good care of your teeth. Dr. Booker, Alexis, and the rest of his Royal Lakes dental team are fantastic. Usually people dread going to the dentist, but it is a different experience at Royal Lakes dental. Dr Booker is very friendly and does his best to make you feel comfortable in the chair. I have been seeing him for almost three years and would recommend them to anyone in the area! He has done a great job at treating my dental issues as well as helping me prevent them too!
