Best pediatric dentist. I took my son there when he was little after we tried other dentists and he was scared of them. When we came to Kwon Pediatric Dentistry they made him feel at ease and they were very friendly to him. Now he is 7 yrs old and loves the dentist. I would recomended it to everyone.
The staff is wonderful and the dentist is just great. They are wonderful with the kids of all ages.
Good experience for my son's very first dental appointment. The dentist was friendly but didn't stay in the room long- I don't even know the name of the dentist we saw she was in and out so fast! I wish she had taken a little more time with us but she was good with my 2 yr old and had a pleasant demeanor. The Flowery Branch office next to Kroger is small but clean. Not a lot to entertain the younger kids in the waiting room but there were video games for the older kids. I liked it, but won't say I loved it.
I have been taking my kids to Kwon pediatric dentistry ever since my daughter was 2 and she's now 7. I chose Kwon pediatric dentistry because my brother takes his kids there. They are a great children's dentist and they make sure your child is comfortable and not afraid every visit. I always recommend them to my friends who are in search of a great children's dentist.
From the first day taking my son to the dentist he loved it, he is confident and feels comfortable and safe.
We love Dr. Kwon!! He's patient, kind and has Great bedside manner with the kiddos and the parents. However, I do not like one of the other doctors in his practice at the Flowery Branch location. He had NO bedside manner. He took myself and my husband out in the hallway to say "Everyone in the office has heard about your child's behavior." He went on to say that he was about to give my child medicine to "calm down". My child was sitting in the next room calmly watching tv as he was trying to describe my child to me. I thought I was in the twilight zone. I thought he was talking about another child. That he had my child confused with another child. I quickly removed myself from the conversation to get the lady who cleaned her teeth to get her to explain my child to him. She had just cleaned her teeth right before and did beautifully for her. So, He must be talking about the wrong child. She spoke with him. Everything went fine after that. He removed the tooth and, he explained himself to me. I told him there is a difference between a child who has "anxiety"over a tooth being pulled and a "behavior". I will take my child back to Dr. Kwon but I will be driving to Hamilton Mill location. I will not take my child back to the Flowery Branch location again. I do not want to see that doctor again. We have seen another doctor there. He's pretty good, but still I feel Dr. Kwon's bedside manner is the BEST!!!
