Great place to shop. Things are reasonably price. The employees are very helpful. Every one from the manager down make you feel like family. They always smile an ask if they could be of assistance. Always willing to help. Nice store very clean and brightly lit

For the life I me, can't figure how how they're still in business. They have these enormous parcels of land with prime, cleared outparcels but no tenants. I always get a spot right by the door and much like a propaganda store set up by the DPRK, it's downright eerie. Having a whole store to myself? Count me in.

Very clean, great prices! It is a slower supermarket, which is very nice because it isn't crowded.

Ingles Stores down here in metro Atlanta remind me of the hotels, restaurants and stores that were set up by the North Korean government to try to show foreign journalists how modern they are meanwhile everything is empty - that is, no customers except for the journalists and their minders. Ingles is a very large store with unbelievably wide aisles. They have a very surprising selection of products, the prices are pretty darn good, they're open fairly late, there's an employee in practically every aisle, they even have a rewards loyalty program and gas station. What they don't seem to ever have, no matter what time of day I go in there, are customers!

Very unpleasant experience. Products were incorrectly priced. Sale sign listed 1 price product listed with a higher price. Brought it to the attention of an emergency player and was told the price was sent by the computer and she had no control over sign. Refused to honor the sale sign placed by the item and had the young man who posted the signs remove same. Will not return to this store.

Don't get me wrong; I'm not complaining about that. I love having the whole store to myself. There is a drawback to the not having customers part and that's that I often find items that have expired or are about to expire. The stuff ain't exactly flying off the shelves.

I've been in grocery stores all over the world and this Ingles in Flowery Branch took my breath away. So clean, so organized, and so many choices. My 15 year old son thinks I'm crazy to be so excited over a grocery store. With Kroger & Publix less than a mile away from our home, I'll happily drive the 7 miles to shop here. It's just amazing inside!

Their produce dept is halfway decent for a supermarket.
