I live close by and used the storage facility when we moved. All was fine, but now under new management the service is top notch! Much cleaner in office & more professional. We rented a U-haul truck from them this week to move my parents out of their home to Kentucky. Travis was extra helpful and even called a few days prior to pickup to check in. We also used his movers (True Service Cartage & Moving) and somehow they made it all fit perfectly! We were a little concerned there wouldn't be room but they were positive and did their best to make it all fit safely & carefully. They were easy to work with and we appreciated their work. I give them an excellent review!
Previous Mgt is gone - thank goodness. I was in the process of moving out today when Travis (family owner) explained the previous mgt was gone and extended good price to stay. Even spoke to the owner on the phone who apologized. Office is cleaned up, place is looking better already. Hopefully this is a sign of more good things to come. I am glad we stayed - very convenient to home and climate controlled at a better price than the same size unit without climate control on Spout Springs road.
