We frequent this Chili's because our family likes it. The tabletop games and numerous TVs make it a great place to watch sports with out feeling like you're at a bar with kids. We were there a few days ago and our experience was fantastic. My husband, our teenager and I all had delicious meals. It was the best meal we've had there in a long time honestly. Our service was awesome. Worth mentioning it was at 7:00 on a Thursday lol so that probably helped.
Food and service were great but beyond that the wait person and manager were extremely interested in our satisfaction and were genuinely kind. So refreshing ...
First and last time here. Not busy but we had to wait 10 minutes to even give drink order, another 55 minutes before we received food which was barely warm, like it had been forgotten and left under warmer. Salads arrived with the meal and only thing worth eating. One member of our party found a hair in his burger. Manager came to apologize for wait time and when shown hair and advised of barely warm food his attitude was far from apologetic. Did comp our drinks and took the one meal off, but we did not want a replacement. His comment was he didn't know what happened because he was in the kitchen cooking! Dont know if they need more help or just better help. Sadly this was a Birthday celebration and he was the one with the hair.
I Used to go to this place all the time. Noticed here lately it has rapidly declined. Looks to be a high turnover rate in the staff. I hope to make some changes quick or I won't be coming back
We order take out a lot from here and we love it! Their take out staff is always so kind and and our order is almost always correct and on time. I just tried the curbside pick up and it was awesome!
