Flowery Branch USPS marked ny package as delivered yet they havent even came to my house today! What kind of nonsense is this!?
I will go out of my way to go to this post office branch. They always have two or more customer service representatives on hand to help with our shipping. They are always friendly and fast. I get in and out so quickly. So many other branches are so much slower.
If possible I recommend not to use them if sending to Flowery Branch or if you live here. Use UPS or FedEx.
Lived here for 5 years and this "post office" has been nothing but awful. Terrible delivery drivers who continually "forget" to give me my mail, I have to run down the street to get packages they neglect to deliver. Have damaged several items and have failed to deliver certified mail on numerous occasions, claiming "no one was home" when I was home.
I can't tell you how many times we've had incoming mail placed on top of outgoing mail, our mail delivered to our neighbors, our neighbors' mail delivered to us and now today, our package that we needed for tomorrow that was supposedly delivered today has gone MIA.
Pathetic. Will not go out of there way to help a customer. Pretty much get the tough luck speech. I hope everyone loses there jobs. Will be using UPS or fedex from now on. I was hung up on as well.
