Last 3 times I have been sick including today, I have been told soonest appointment not until next week. Unacceptable they don't deserve one star!
My entire family has been going to this facility for years, they have helped us through a lot. The staff here had never been anything but courteous and amazing.
Dr. Cerny is great and so is Tonya. @ the person who gave 1 star... If you need immediate care, go to quick care, hence the name... If it's an emergency, go to the hospital.... Or, wait in line after setting an appointment like the rest of us... I drive a good distance to go this NGPG office because the patients are treated well!
