Worst experience ever! They taped my rear windshield wiper down and left glue residue in body and window. Wash stopped in the middle kind enough for soap to dry and rinsing was also cut short. Taped the rear windshield for nothing as the brushes never cleaned back there any way. My car looked like a skunk rinsed and soapy on either side and dirty down the middle. Will NEVER go there again. Manager offered to re wash but I wouldn't trust them to do any better the 2nd time around. Stay away!
Went there Wednesday and the wash broke down had to rerun my truck. Soap dried and left truck not a shinny as in the past. They forgot to put drivers mirror in so had to stop at the beginning to correct. They lost the rubber grommet on my antenna, didn't wash the exterior of windows, they used use towel to clean interior windows,I had to ask for them to vacuum the passengers side and rear floor carpet and I had to wipe the brake film from my mags. I have one more coupon that I bought at Christmas ,then I will be looking for another place to take care of my vehicles.

It is a good Auto Spa. It has free popcorn. It has drinks and snacks. You can get your car fixed and you can get it cleaned. It has a car wash. You can go inside and watch your car in the car wash. It has good bathrooms. You can sit down and charge your computer or phone. It has good service and nice staff.
Surprisingly took longer than anticipated to just ride through, but was worth it. Great salesmanship, sold me a package deal buying 5 washes and getting 2 free. Then the attention to making certain things were presoaked and scrubbed before entering the machine was fantastic! I had watched the cars before me and figured they had bought extra services, but for a $5 ride through to also get that type of attention, great! Only issue was the free vacuums were out of order, but it was for maintenance and replumbing some of the pipes, so its all good! Looking forward to going again!
